We were travelling through India from New Zealand, and had not been back to India for nearly 20 years - so it was a big celebration to just be there with family. We celebrated a milestone birthday for my sister on the 26th February and found the reception team and duty manager went above and beyond to make it special for my sister. We extended our stay and the service and hospitality of all the team to be professional and willing to go the extra mile. They organized decorations and a cake and even came up to take photos and videos and share the cheer. Sandeep and the gentleman that checked us in early as I wasnt feeling very well (Harshit ) I believe are great assets to any team.

The staff was very helpful and helped us organise for a car to visit the city. We were given a late check out till 3pm since our flight was at 6pm, which was very nice of them. We tried both restaurants at the hotel and they were both equally good. The food was very tasty. The room was spacious and luxurious too. The bathroom had both a bathtub and a separate shower which was very nice. The hotel’s location is quite central as well, 10mins away by car to the main touristic attractions such as the Hawa Mahal.

Everything is good ! Staff at front desk and at restaurant super helpful and polite. Food is tasty
